🛠️ 1. Design and sculpture
It all starts with a sketch or digital model (STL/OBJ format). The sculptor, either manually or digitally, creates the master piece, ready for the next step.

The master model is used to make a master mold using silicone or rubber. This mold is kept and used to produce production molds or to make durable metal parts such as “hards.”

Robust silicone molds are prepared, designed for centrifugal casting or injection molding. These molds can be reused for dozens of cycles if they are made with quality treatments and materials.
