About us

About us

SINCE 1991

It all started in a garage, with homemade molds and a strong desire to create something real.

Luis Alemany, a psychologist by training and a handyman by vocation, set out to reproduce little houses, ruins, and figures with soul.

Today, more than 30 years later, at Alemany Miniatures we continue to do the same thing… but with much more technique.

We specialize in the reproduction of plastic miniatures, with finishes ready for the point of sale and our own systems such as the Alemany System, patented in 2015 and adopted by leading brands in the sector.

In our spare time, we continue to research materials and processes to improve productivity and quality.

We also work with metal, but plastic is our playground: more versatile, more efficient, just as precise.

If you are looking for copies that look like originals, you are in the right place.

OUR TEAM

Here, there are no giant departments or endless hierarchies. There are people who create, people who produce, people who review, people who ship, and people who make everything work.

At Alemany Miniatures, every person counts, and every creation passes through several hands before reaching yours.

Luis

I've always been someone who takes things apart to see how they work.

More than three decades ago, I found myself casting pieces at home, using homemade molds, without knowing that this would become my profession.

I'm not a sculptor or a designer, but I'm one of those people who turns ideas into working copies. And if something goes wrong, I fix it. Or I reinvent it. What started as a curiosity became a technique.

CIRO

CIRO

I come from the Andes, but if there's one thing that really defines me, it's that I always find a way.

In production, problems can't be avoided: they have to be faced head-on. I like to look for practical, quick solutions that really work.

At AM, I'm the one who responds to “that's impossible” with “you'll see that it is possible.”

If I have to improvise, I improvise. And if I have to reinvent myself, I'm already on it.

Laura

I am a food technologist. Nothing to do with miniatures, molds, or production... but here I am, organizing schedules, coordinating the team, and making sure everything is ready when it needs to be.

I don't make molds or 3D prints, but I'm the one who asks, “Is this ready yet?” and makes things happen.

Versatile by necessity, precise by instinct.

OUR PROJECT:

We’re not looking to take over the world (yet). We want every figure that comes out of here to have more than just technique: we want it to have history, intention, and a little bit of pride.

We want the customer to say “wow!” without knowing exactly why.

We want to keep learning, making few mistakes, correcting quickly, and celebrating each production as if it were the first.

And if one day we manage to make the perfect copy… let it be by accident, so we don’t lose the habit of improving it afterwards.
